My First Baby
My name is Sue, and I am expecting my first child in February 2009. I just moved to Savannah, Ga to live with my cousin and have my baby - in the only birthing center in the state! Lucky me!
Finally, after waiting 31 long weeks, I know that I'll be having a GIRL! so excited!

The verdict
Ok, the verdict is in. The sex of Sue's first baby is a baby girl. I am so excited. I can start buying pink outfits and ok pink everything. Grandma is very happy for a granddaughter. I just need to start concetrating on a name for my baby girl. I have a list but I couldn't concentrate on boy and girl names but now that I know my list will surely expand. I am trying to think of unique names because I don't want a name that is used all the time. I can't wait for the birth of my baby girl!!!

Tomorrow is the day
Well tomorrow is Dec. 16 and I will finally find out what the sex of my baby is. I am so excited. I have waited 7 long months for this and the emotions are indescribable. I have to say that I am very lucky to have my cousin with me because if it wasn't for her I would have to go through this all alone and that would be scary and frustrating. I am hoping for a girl but my gut instincts tell me that I am going to have a boy. Which ever I have I am just happy to have a healthy baby and will love my baby with all my heart. I had an appointment last week and heard my baby's heart beat. I almost started to cry. I have only 2 months left of my pregnancy and can't wait to see my beautiful new baby.

Hello!
31 weeks pregnant and I decided to start this blog! I don't know the sex of my baby yet, but we'll be finding out really soon - Dec. 16 will be my 2nd ultrasound and we are keeping our fingers and toes crossed for a healthy baby and for a girl! This past week I had my first visit to the birthing center where I am going to have my baby. I got to hear it's heart on the Doppler and check out the birthing suites - which are fabulous - and meet the midwife delivering my baby. Her name is Nancy and she's been delivering babies for over 20 years. My cousin Heather is my labor coach and we are planning to have a natural birth - I don't want to take painkillers! I am very excited and so far everything is going very well.
